Tweedle Dum or Tweedle Dee

This sums it all up perfectly:

John Fewings

Mr. Deity & the Evil

Have you met Mr. Deity?

Simon’s Cat

Back in 2007 I found a side-splitting animated video of a very persistant cat but at the time I had no idea who’s creativity had spawned it.  Apparently a man named Simon Tofield is to blame for the painful fits of giggles caused by the video.

Thankfully the “Simon’s Cat” video Cat Man Do was not an only child!

Let Me In

TV Dinner

In case you missed it the first time here is Cat Man Do:

CBC – The Acorn & Ohbijou

There is never a shortage of drama in the world of music and the indie scene is no exception.  Check out this CBC video which gives us a look at the members of The Acorn & Ohbijou while they toured together this fall.

UPDATE:

Before the drama we find cuteness… it is almost too cute if that’s possible!

Don’t Diss David.

Apparently McCain was scheduled to be on Letterman last night but he cancelled and ended up in an interview with Katie Couric.  Letterman had a few entertaining thoughts on this…

UPDATE:  Check out the ongoing saga on the Late Show over here!

Tina Fey is Fabulous

Tina Fey won an Emmy for her performance on 30 Rock!  Check her out in this SNL sketch.

Hopefully after the American election in November Tina Fey will have no need to portray Sarah Palin.

Do you know That Guy?

An entertaining read for any of us who’ve met or even dated That Guy.

Stephen Colbert interviews Cookie Monster

Stephen Colbert is extremely concerned that Cookie Monster has abandoned the Pro-Cookie Agenda.  If you haven’t already seen this fantastic and insightful interview you can check it out here.

Update:  Colbert also closes the show by saying good night to Cookie Monster (note, this clip is only available in Canada, check comedycentral.com for a clip near you!).

Do you know Jack?

Actor and comedian Jack McBrayer currently plays Kenneth on the sitcom 30 Rock.  Simply put, the show is fantastic and Kenneth is by far my favourite character.

Jack’s lovable hillbilly character takes a new turn in a web video series found on the site Funny or Die.  The series called “Livin’ ‘Neath the Law” offers instructions to help each of us live like criminals.

Check out episode 3 over here.

Gali the Alligator

A wonderful new show for kids!

Sing along with the children:

Hello Gali!
Here comes Gali the Alligator
He’s a puppet decimator
Little bunnies chewed to death!
You can smell blood on his breath
‘Cause we bunnies live in fear
That he’ll tear off their fluffy ears!
Better stay out of his path
If you want to escape his wrath!
