Where the Wild Things Are

Too exciting!  Spike Jonze is working a movie of Where the Wild Things Are!  I loved this book as a kid and can’t wait to see it on the big screen!  Check out this interview with Jonze about the movie!

Keith Olbermann states this perfectly…

You have to watch this video and then head to the Courage Campaign to see what you can do to help.

Acorn & Ohbijou

The Acorn & Ohbijou are playing Barrymore’s Music Hall on Friday, December 12th!  If you are in Ottawa that day you should definitely check it out!

They are touring to support the release of a 12″ EP that they worked together on!  It’s a great album… you can stream it live over on the Kelp Records site.  Also a great place for some random and free mp3 downloads!

Harrowdown mix from Thom

Thom Yorke posted a remix on Dead Air Space today…

in celebration of nov 5th
jonnys burthday
amid bonfire and fireworks in the UK
and the dawn of a new era in politics in the USA
i humbly donate a remix of harrowdown hill that was finished ages ago during the band webcasts,
a small reminder of the dark days of Bush’s….
